Now What?
Sometimes healing isn’t about no longer feeling sad—it’s learning what to do when sadness shows up. This is about grief, the roots we carry after leaving unhealthy spaces, and the quiet realization that God may still be creating something beautiful through the parts of our story we never would have chosen. Feel it. Acknowledge it. Then ask yourself: now what?
I Thought I Didn't Need Him
I’ve always considered myself a strong, independent woman, the kind who figures it out, keeps moving and tells herself she doesn’t need anyone to save her. But yesterday, standing alone in the shower, I followed an uncomfortable feeling deeper than I ever had before and uncovered something I wasn’t expecting. Maybe some of the things I thought I had outgrown were actually wounds I had simply learned to become strong around. And maybe healing begins when we finally stop running long enough to ask ourselves, “Where did this hurt actually begin?”
